Privacy Notice
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how INGRAVIDOS TECH, LLC ("Ingravidos Tech," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ingravidos.tech (the "Site"). It does not cover Story Engine or any other product with its own privacy notice.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. If you email us or use a "Talk to us" / "Request a demo" link, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message — typically your name, email address, and the content of your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. When analytics consent is granted (see Section 3), we and our analytics providers automatically collect data such as pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring website, and timestamps.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries and requests for a demo
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- To understand which content and campaigns are effective
- To detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use Google/Firebase Analytics to understand Site usage, and Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising. Both use cookies or similar technologies. These are only loaded after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — if you decline, only strictly necessary functionality runs. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this Site, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Site (e.g., hosting, analytics)
- Google and Meta, as analytics/advertising processors described above
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
5. Data Retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain business records. Aggregated analytics data is retained per our analytics providers' default retention windows.
6. Your Privacy Rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction of it, and opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" — which we do not do. To exercise these rights, email us at services@cellartech.net.
EEA/UK visitors. If applicable data protection law gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection, you can exercise them by contacting us at the email below. We process data based on our legitimate interest in operating this Site and responding to your inquiries.
7. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control. This notice does not apply to those sites.
10. International Visitors
This Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
